With lemon curd and clotted cream
Ingredients: 250 g self rising flower, 2½ tea spoon baking powder, pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, 50 g butter and 1 egg
How to cook:
Pre heat oven at 220 degrees
Mix all ingredients until thick dough
Cut in 5cm rounds and 1,5cm thick
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes
Let cool and serve with lemon curd and clotted cream.
Also very delicious to add raisins to the dough!
