Aubergine tosti

Delicious with lamb burger

Ingredients: 1 Aubergine, fresh basil leaves and truffle or goat cheese

 

How to cook:

Cut Aubergine in length in four slices

Slice a decent amount of cheese and add with basil leaves between two slices (twice) of aubergine.

Grill on grill or in grilling pan until golden brown

Serve with lamb burger
