Avocado Salmon salad with wasabi foam




Ingredients: one avocado, sliced in pieces, 200gr smoked salmon flakes, 150 ml cream, 75 ml milk, 20gr wasabi powder (or to tast) half a leave gelatine


How to cook:

put gelatine leave in cold water

put milk, cream and wasabi in pan on medium heat

take of heat when wasabi powder is resolved

add gelatine leave

poor through sieve in bowl and set to cool

when cooled off poor in Kidde (whipped cream dispenser) and add one cartridge

mix salmon and avocado and divide over two plates

add wasabi foam and enjoy!
