Chicken Ragout


Childhood memories

When I was little my grandmother used to make this for me, served with rice and chicken. Hers came out of a can though 🙂


Ingredients: one onion, a few gloves of garlic, 50 grams butter, flower and 500ml chicken stock


How to cook:

chop onion and garlic gloves and put on low heat together with butter

when golden brown add flower and stir until turned into a ball

add chicken stock and stir until it tuned out to be one smooth ragout


Serve with bread or like my grandmother with rice.
