Brown Beans, Bacon and Onions

Ingredients: 2 Cans of brown beans, 1 Package of diced bacon, 2 Chopped onions, Rye bread and Zeeuws Spek (bacon from the Zeeland region)

How to cook:

Fry the bacon in a frying pan, add the onions after a few minutes, then after an other few minutes add the beans. Cook for another few minutes and enjoy your meal.

Serve with Rye bread, Zeeuws speck and butter.

Oh and if you are really Dutch, poor some syrup over the beans!
