Okra, cornmeal, onion powder, salt, freshly ground pepper, oil to fry in.
How to cook:
Cut off and discard tip and stem ends from okra.
Cut okra in pieces of 1cm.
Put cornmeal, onion powder, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
Put okra in the bag and shake.
Heat 2cm oil in pan.
Fry okra in batches in 4 minutes golden brown.
