When I was living in Nice bakeries sold this delicious pastry. I Don’t remember how it is called or how it is cooked, but this is how it tasted in my head.
Ingredients: Puff pastry, spinach (cooked), grilled pine nuts, raisins, grated cheese and an egg.
How to cook:
Cover pie tin with puff pastry
Mix all other ingredients
Add to tin
Cook in oven at 180C until done
Cover with icing sugar
