Grilled Swordfish

with homemade Apple Cranberry compote

Ingredients: Swordfish, three apples (peeled and cut in pieces), one bag of cranberries, vanilla sugar

How to cook:

Grill swordfish on both sides for four minutes

In the mean time put apples, cranberries and vanilla sugar in pan with a little water and heat. Stir regularly until turned into compote.
