Dutch Fusion

Ingredients: potatoes, grated carrots, sour cream, onions rings, sugar, salt and pepper


How to cook:

Boil potatoes and carrots in separate pots

In the meantime put sugar in pan and add onions when sugar is caramelized, leave for a few minutes and let cool off a bit

Mash potatoes with sour cream, pepper and salt

Put layers of mashed potatoes, carrots and onions in round form and put on plate.

Serve with bacon strips
