My all time favourite dessert!
Ingredients: 2 cups of cream, 1 vanilla bean, 1/2 cup of sugar and 4 leaves of gelatine
How to cook:
Put gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes
Half vanilla bean and scrape out seeds
Put cream, vanilla scrapings and bean and sugar in pan on low to medium heat
Once sugar is dissolved stir gelatine into cream mixture
Remove vanilla bean and poor into ramequins
Leave in fridge over night.
I love this dessert as it is fairly easy to prepare, delicious and you can keep it in the fridge for two or three days, so you can prepare well in advance before your dinner guests arrive!
