Perfect Pasta Sauce

Best kept secret..

Ingredients: langoustines, tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, butter, olive oil and Pernod


How to cook:

Put tomatoes in bowl,poor boiling water over them and let set for few minutes

In the mean time clean the langoustine

Take tomatoes out of the water and poor ice cold water over them

Peel the skin off and mash the tomatoes

Add garlic powder (lots of it), salt and a little olive oil

Cook pasta

In the mean time heat fry the langoustines in a pan with a little butter, when they turn pink-ish, add the tomato sauce and a little (or a lot, to your taste) Pernod.

Mix with pasta and you will be blown away by this amazing dish!
