Warm Octopus salad
Ingredients: Octopus, one fennel, one onion, chopped celery, hand full of parsley, three potatoes, one chopped glove of garlic, chili flakes, grounded salt and peper, olive oil and one tea spoon lemon juice
How to cook:
Put octopus in pan on medium heat with fennel, onion and celery until cooked (no longer than one hour) and cut in pieces
Cut the potatoes in square pieces (not too small) and boil
Mix potatoes, octopus, garlic, parsley, chili flakes and salt and peper.
Poor little olive oil and lemon juice over the salad
