Ingredients: Mackerel, chopped shallots, 2 table spoons mayonaise, 2 table spoons creme fraiche, slices of gingerbread, slices Granny Smith apple and eatable flowers

How to cook:

Mix mackerel, onions, mayonaise and creme fraiche.

Use ring molds to shape the gingerbread slices

Add mackerel mix

Add apple

Add eatable flower
